FUELFLEX – USER AGREEMENT
Effective Date: 5 May 2026
This User Agreement applies when you create an account or use FuelFlex.
By using FuelFlex, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years old
All information you provide is accurate
You are responsible for your account activity
You will use the app only for lawful purposes
FuelFlex provides fuel and gas delivery services including petrol, diesel, and LPG. Service
availability depends on your location and operational conditions.
FUELFLEX – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Orders & Delivery
Orders are confirmed only after payment
Delivery times are estimated and may vary
You must provide accurate address details
We may refuse delivery in unsafe or inaccessible locations
2. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
3. Pricing
Prices may change based on market conditions
Final price is the amount shown at checkout
4. Refunds
Refunds apply only if FuelFlex cannot complete your order
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Delivered products are non-refundable
5. Safety
Customers are responsible for safe handling after delivery
LPG must be handled by qualified personnel only
FuelFlex is not liable for misuse or accidents after delivery
6. Service Availability
Services may not be available in all locations at all times
Delays may occur due to external factors
7. Liability
FuelFlex is not responsible for:
Delays beyond our control
Losses from misuse of delivered products
Indirect or financial damages

To function properly, FuelFlex may request:

You can disable permissions in your device settings, but some features may not work properly.
